Exchange and Damage policy 

If you received an order and your jar was broken 

your order was shipped usps priority mail.  all orders have usps insurance  of a minimum 75.00


you can file  a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of any damaged jars  

we do not exchange our coconut butter your product is a food item 

if your parcel is lost by the shipping carrier please contact the shipping carrier for insurance claims all orders are shipped with insurance coverage for any damage by the shipping carrier 


we are not held responsible for lost or stolen parcels from your doorstep  contact your shipping carrier and file a claim for any theft issues 

if your parcel is lost by usps we do not cover that issue. you have insurance coverage by the shipping carrier who lost or damaged your order 

all sales are final
