Pumpkin Spice Fudge Bites
Yields: approx 16 pieces
Ingredients
- 4 oz Bakers Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar
-1 cup Pumpkin Puree
-1/4 cup Organic Maple Syrup
-1 tbsp pumpkin spice
Layer 1- Chocolate
-Melt 3 oz of semi sweet chocolate bar
-Line 8" glass dish with parchment paper
-Pour melted chocolate into lined dish and freeze for 1 hour or until soild
Layer 2- Pumpkin
-Combine Pumpkin Puree, Organic Maple Syrup, Pumpkin Spiced Donut Coconut Butter, and Pumpkin Spices in mixing bowl and stir
-Spread Pumpkin Mixture over frozen chocolate layer
-Melt remaining 1 oz of chocolate and drizzle on top to garnish
-Freeze for 2-3 hours
-Cut into 1" squares
