It is not very often that you will see us eating graham crackers. We usually eat gluten-free for the most part and only have the occasional wheat product when we are out to dinner or hanging with friends.
But the other day we were having dinner at a friend’s house, and we said screw it! They had graham crackers, and we had coconut butter, so it only seemed right to see how the 2 would go together. We tried flavor after flavor and they were all delicious! The chocolate hazelnut brownie even reminded us a little bit like s’mores!
One combination was especially memorable though! It tasted just like Key Lime Pie! Here’s how you can make it yourself with only 3 ingredients!
1 Lime (for zesting)
All you have to do is spread the Vanilla Cake Batter Coconut Butter on top of a graham cracker and zest some lime on top! How easy was that? Add more lime zest depending on how much lime flavor you like. And try your best not to eat the whole box of graham crackers!
